Get embedded into restaurant groups and become the person who knows their operations inside and out. Work with Patty, our AI agent, to digitize and clean messy operational data and help restaurants increase their profit margins. This is the most critical customer-facing role on the team — you’ll shape what features get built and where the product goes next.

What you'll do

  • Embed with restaurant customers to deeply understand their operations and data
  • Help Patty learn — feed her the context, data, and nuance she needs to get smarter about each restaurant over time
  • Identify patterns and ship features that improve the product for all customers
  • Act as the first point of contact — and the primary voice shaping what we build next
Staff Engineer

Build the infrastructure that turns Patty from an assistant into an operator. Restaurants are dynamic — suppliers change prices, demand shifts, items run out, new menus roll in — and Patty needs to see all of it, reason about what to do, and act. Your job is to build the systems that make that loop work: a live data model of each restaurant’s operations, a simulation layer where Patty can test decisions before committing them, a tool framework for executing actions across procurement, pricing, staffing, and menu management, and the sandboxing and isolation that keeps all of it safe.

What you'll do

  • Design the data model that gives Patty a real-time, structured understanding of each restaurant
  • Build the simulation and decision layer — Patty should be able to ask “what happens if I do X” and get a reliable answer
  • Build an experimentation framework that lets restaurants test key decisions (pricing changes, menu swaps, supplier switches) in a controlled way before rolling them out
  • Architect the tool and action framework Patty uses to execute decisions in production
  • Build the isolation and sandboxing that ensures safe, multi-tenant autonomous operation
  • Define the boundaries of what Patty can own autonomously vs. what requires human approval
Customer Success Manager

You’ll be the single point of accountability for a restaurant group’s results. Not check-ins and status updates — you own the targets. That means understanding the customer’s operations deeply enough to know which decisions carry real risk, which ones move the numbers, and what needs to get built to close the gap. You’ll work closely with our forward deployed engineers to prioritize and ship against the customer’s biggest pain points, and you’ll be expected to ship code yourself when the situation calls for it. Think of this as a portfolio manager role — you’re managing a set of outcomes across a complex, dynamic operation.

What you'll do

  • Own the relationship and the results for one or more restaurant groups
  • Identify the highest-leverage pain points and turn them into product priorities
  • Assess risk on key operational decisions and guide customers through them
  • Work with forward deployed engineers to ship fixes and features against real customer needs
  • Ship code yourself when a customer problem needs a fast response
  • Shape the product roadmap from the ground — no one will know what customers need better than you
